Dr Steiner was very friendly and professional. It was my first appointment with him. The assistant was very thoughtful and easy to talk to as was Dr Steiner. He examined thoroughly and told me what he was observing in terms I could understand. His suggestions were very helpful. I'd definitely see him in a year if necessary. And I highly recommend him to others.

Though he was running a little late, he did not rush through the appointment and listened and answered all of my questions.

Dr. Steiner is excellent. He is both knowledgeable and professional. He reviewed my chart prior to meeting to meeting with me. He asked questions and seemed genuinely interested in increasing my understanding of the changes in my skin. He is "down to earth" and straight forward, both of which put me at ease. I can honestly say, he made it easy for me to invest my trust in him, which is a rarity.

I was confused why we saw this provider when he doesn't do pediatric dermatology and would need to refer us to children's anyway. Staff had issues adding my new insurance card at the front desk.

We discussed future care in detail. Very patient.
