Dr. Izabela, had a full understanding of my history and she provided a full explanation for all of my questions. I understand the follow up with my Cardiologist.

Dr Izabela is great. She had all my records and things I had even forgot about. She told me things I needed to do to try and feel better which I know I need to do. Like smoking, drinking, coffee. All the things I like to do. I know she is right and I will try. She never rushes me at appts, she laughs at my stupid jokes. She is just great to work with and very knowledgeable and I really like her!

Wait to see her due to technology problems. Office and doctor very kind with explanation & apology.

I did not feel rushed. Sometimes, with Advocate providers you feel like the clock is ticking and you are going to be dismissed within 15 minutes. I did not feel that way today, but I have felt that way in the past with other providers and Advocate not this provider.
