You tell people to arrive 30 min early for appts. But don't actually take me to a room until 10 min after my appt was supposed to start. And that's not the only stint of waiting! Then I wait in the second waiting area... then in the room . By the time I actually see the dr for my 5 min appt it's waaay past my appt time. Respect my time. I am respecting yours by Coming the asked early time. Respect mine. I have had to start taking entire half days off work because it never fits into an hour that I can claim as my lunch, so thank you for using up my vacation time. Rude.

I am very pleased with the care they provided. Everything was excellent in all departments from reception all the way to chemo. Yesterday was my first session and everyone treated me very well. The nurse was very attentive and loving and made me feel very good. The psychologist was also very attentive. I loved all the services that they provided and they had me watch such a lovely movie. Wow! It was an extraordinary service. I recommend my friends to switch over to this hospital and I thank you so much for your effective services. Blessings.
