Provider was so busy typing on her laptop during visit . Poor eye contact and listening. Seemed a bit indifferent.
The provider care was excellent however trying to get an appointment was rediculous. My original appoinment was scheduled three months in advance. When the date came the provider wasn't able to come in for office that day. When I tried to reschedule I was told that Aurora would contact me about that. That never happened! So I again contacted Aurora and they fit me three weeks later. When that appointment came I was contacted and told that the original 10AM time wouldn't work as the scheduler made the appointment with a nurse instead of my reuhmatologist. They asked me to come in 2 1/2 hours later the same day as the doctor could see me then. No patient should have to jump through so many hoops to see their provider!
This is the first appointment I've ever had with this doctor. She was very good. It was very hard getting an appointment with her at first there was a six month wait But then she did was able to squeeze me in and get me in earlier
Dr Nemesh and her staff are extremely professional. They're also friendly, caring and supportive of my care. I finally found a doctor who puts her patients first. What a refreshing change. Thank you Dr Nemesh!!!
It took 6 months to get an appt as there are few Rheumatologists in the area. However once I got in the Dr was very nice and helped me understand how to move forward with my situation.
I did not wait long. It was pleasant and the people were super friendly and helpful
