She's very professional,proficient & holds nothing back when it comes to your health. Tells you what you need to do to accomplish your goals and follows up,if you don't succeed it's not because you don't know what do do but you choose not to follow the plan you're given.

The intake need some work you should not have to stand in line nor at the windows that long, now since I am registered with the LiveWell app I will see if pre registration makes a difference willing to let you know.

I had a very good experience with Nurse Practitioner Irene Benson. She's was very attentive to me. She asked questions about my health, any problems or concerns I may be having. She has a very friendly disposition and I felt at ease talking to her. I thank God I don't have any major medical issues. I did mention to her about an issue and she asked me would I like to see a specialist. I declined at this time. She told me we could always revisit the issue. She put orders in for me for lab work. I had a good experience.

The provider Irene Benson was very professional and helpful to me about things I didn't know I was very grateful she also gave me a follow-up with my medical condition to see a physical therapist .thank you my provider.
