This is the first time at this office. I usually go to the Advocate Beverly office on 103rd street in Chicago. I had a very good experience regarding my health care needs at this office in South Holland w/Benson the nurse practitioner.

Listen and heard what I was saying and very much concern about what I had to say.

Personnel who speak Spanish are needed (interpreters).

Very personal and caring nurse practitioner. Followed up with me one my test results came in that day and the next day and made recommendations

The only thing I have a complaint about is trying to schedule appointments and they are not available until a month or two later.
