Irene and I talked about managing symptoms with botanicals and movement. Honestly she's been the only resource to be able to speak to tamoxifen and how botanicals and supplements do/don't interact and state a point of view. Cited research and spoke to what's online too, plus called out when there isn't evidence thus far. Refreshing. Demeanor was awesome too. Already shared story with fellow survivors, who were envious to have this resource. I appreciated that it was a longer appointment too. Thank you!
