Checking out to get my follow up appointments and discharge papers was...something. Took nearly 30 minutes due to some back and forth about my ultrasound, which wasn't ideal

I saw Irene Yankellow the CNP today. She was excellent. Her caring and concern were exceptional. She answered all my questions and made me feel @ ease. I'm gladI will be seeing her again.

Irene was patient, knowledgeable and very thorough with me. She knew my case well for this to have been my 1st visit with her. I love practitioners who listen and she actively listened to me. It was a great visit. I received great information.

A bit of a long wait but once I was seen I really felt seen. I felt like i was given lots of time to discuss my plan of care which I really appreciated.
