Waiting room. Appointment at 11:45. Arrived at 11:30. After waiting patiently I asked if there was a problem with my appointment. The attendant looked at me like she never saw me or realized she dropped the ball on notifying the Doctor that I was present. After some time I was finally called to see Dr. Niazi. It was approximately 12:30. Doctor and his nurse seemed quite surprised about the long wait and apologized to me.
