Holly is great, caring, understanding, and proactive. She said we're obviously not controlling your COPD effectively so she asked me if I was willing to try a new medication that needs pre-authorization. I agreed and she had me fill out paperwork for the manufacturer for financial assistance as my insurance company has denied it. I plan to speak with Holly about appealing that decision. I will communicate with her through the LivWell app which I think is great.

Holly is fantastic. She knows what we've tried, what has worked and what hasn't. She is always prepared to try something new that she thinks will be effective. I highly recommend her.
