Very helpful

Since I was there for a pre-op visit and there were already lab & EKG orders placed by the surgeon, I could have completed those instead of waiting in the exam room for 45 min and THEN having to do the labs and EKG afterward! I was at the clinic for over 2 hrs. The MDs know they're running behind, so I feel they could let the PSRs know to direct the patient to the lab, etc, whenever add'l testing is needed. I prefer an early a.m. appt but work fulltime (for Aurora) and was unable to schedule an early a.m. appt

A great experience. (From the moment I walked up to the reception desk on until the time I left.) The whole experience was friendly and fast. Dr Leider did an excellent job of explaining to me in detail everything I needed to know.
