I am very happy with doctor Gandhi and his staff, they are pleasant to deal with, very easy to understand and you feel in good hands with them
Putting doctors on call at the hospitals while they are conducting office visits is most likely the cause of delay in seeing office patients. It was almost a full hour after the scheduled appointment time before being seen by him. Not good. I don't fault him. I blame the system he is forced to work under.
Kind concern for me personally means a lot!
Timely start and end to appointment. Courteous and knowledgeable staff.
I feel Dr Gandhi is an excellent physician. He has always been more than willing to take time to explain answers and look for solutions. I am still thankful to him and his staff for maneuvering through the absurd mounts of requirements and red tape of insurance and being instrumental in "qualifying" me for/with oxygen. This visit was the "usual", staff is pleasant and professional, minimal wait time (considering he's a cardiologist and we're still suffering the effects of a pandemic they are amazing), and Dr. Gandhi is knowledgeable and pleasant. I do have follow up questions and he informed me if I did just call, message, or get the questions to him and he'll answer them the best that he can. Under his tutelage, I think my most recent visit at his office exemplifies what a doctor's visit should be like.
DR GANDHI WAS VERY THOROUGH IN DETAILING A COURSE OF ACTION, AND PUTTING MY MIND TO REST
My first visit. Everything seems fine so far. Thank you.
I do not involve myself by recommending medical personnel-something I prefer Not to do. Doctor was attentive & helpful-ALL I could ask for and including ALL his staff. Excellent visit.
Dr Gandhi was very opinionated and rude. Smug answers and not listening to me and prejudging me. It really offended me and I will not be going back to him . On a good note staff was great .
Efficient and thoughtful
