All staff I encountered at the Germantown facility, including check-in, were friendly, erudite and extremely helpful. I was seen even before my appointment time. Procedure (cortisone knee injection) was done expertly and quickly with no discomfort. Heidi answered my voluminous questions without racing out for another patient. Very pleased with this visit and with your staff and procedures.
