I've been to the Anderson/ Kurtin office in the past and have ALWAYS enjoyed the the professionalism as well as warmth in there office. I also had surgery at the Grafton location and have never been treated so well. Thank you for your top notch care.

Staff who greet and check in patients could be more personable. i.e - look up and greet you when you approach the desk, and make brief eye contact with a pleasant facial expression. This person is the first contact the patient has and simple, good customer service goes a long way.

Heidi is a great listener and took a lot of time with me, especially considering I was there for a quick visit. The treatment she gave me was very successful. Heidi is one of the best PA's I've ever worked with. I would highly recommend her.
