Altogether a positive result experience with all staff. Heidi was exceptional in responding to my questions and respectful of my thoughts. She knew my medical conditions and my previous experiences with a chronically sick family member. Heidi explained the details of the procedure as well as the wellness journey at home. I appreciated her helping me transition between traditional medicine and holistic lifestyle, as needed. Beautiful exchange!
