My doctor told me what #s she would like for me. I am nearing that #. That made feel a lot better. Now I know it is possible to lower my blood pressure. I Checked very few labels before, with her telling me to do so that is making the difference.

I had to wait an additional 30 minutes past my appointment time to get seen. I wish it was a little more timely since this appointment was during the work hours. Didn't anticipate it taking so long.
