Dr Brookenthal saved my life because I was diagnosed by her with a serious illness and was told by another Dr that everything was good for me, but oh boy they was so wrong

Dr Brookenthal is excellent

The Doctor as well as the nurse are always pleasant, helpful, encouraging, and efficient.

Dr Brookenthal and her assistant are both excellent and very thorough! I feel very well cared for!!!

The wait is always to long

The dr and nurse are fine. But the front desk needs to be trained better on how to read the screens in patients

I was matched with the right provider, I do have questions about my health. She is a great listener.

Dr B is the best

I really can't say I want to get to know my provider a little better before I say anything to speak on anything.

There needs to be a more timely follow up on messages. I understand that the providers are busy. A screening of the messages by an RN to triage and intervene with suggestions of urgent visits to see the provider vs urgent care visits. In some instances urgent care turns into primary care. A visit with the primary, in one of 2 daily urgent primary care slots should be given especially when a referral maybe necessary. It should not take 9-60 days for an urgent primary visit. I do not think urgent care can process referral requests for specialty follow up.
