Really liked Dr. Jafri. I didn't understand just why I was referred to him, but he explained everything in a way both my husband and I could understand. He is willing to expedite my care so I can go on my planned vacation!

I called today to schedule an appointment. I was on hold for a very long time. PLEASE change the on hold music. I nearly hung up after listening to it for 10 minutes. It is HORRIBLE.

Dr. Jafri has a fantastic caregiver group. Whether I call, send messages via LiveWell or see him in the office, I always leave feeling my answers have been answered. I get the same efficiency from front desk staff at the start of visit to all the staff I work with during the visit . I highly recommend this group at VLCC in Oshkosh!!

This sounds weird, but I never feel scared or "in the dark" coming to Aurora's Vince Lombardi Dept. With everyone there, I feel like I'm in good hands. Thank you.
