The Dr., nurse and MA took time to talk about my health. Made me feel comfortable and assured me. Everyone who I spoke to from the desk to gals in the hallway were kind and friendly.

My first time with Dr. Bawaadam, and it was very informative and caring.

Appointment was for 2:00 PM. I got there at 1:40 PM. (1:45 PM was recommended arrival time) Saw a nurse finally at 2:35 PM and met doctor for first time at 2:45 PM. Over an hour of waiting time. And 45 minute delay to see doctor for my first appintment. Not impressed with punctuality...
