They should be more careful and not change our appointments because they give us a date, someone arrives and they tell them that it wasn't that day but until next week so they have more attention at the reception for appointments. Sorry and thank you for your attention.

I like dr. Kaza she explains things to where I understand. The staff is very friendly and curtious.

Had never been seen by this Dr before. She was very kind and thoughtful. Very pleased with the care I received. Also the nurse or assistant or checked me in before I saw the Dr was very kind and polite also.

This was my first experience at this facility, and every person I encountered was great! I was welcomed immediately upon entering by the front desk staff, and she was very helpful in assisting me with insurance questions. The MA was friendly, helpful, and really listened. The doctor was kind, thorough, and the first doctor I have had in a long time that actually took time with me and didn't seem to be rushing out of my appointment. And last but not least, the phlebotomist was also great. She was friendly and very skilled; I never felt the needle

She didn't really refill all my prescriptions like I would of liked I only have a a couple more pills in my other prescription bottles
