Dr Kaza is very thorough and is patient answering questions.
We are still in the primary phase with this new provider. After having years with our initial primary physician, it is going to take some time to really feel comfortable with our new provider.
First, if you want real answers, ask open-ended questions, not closed-ended ones. Doctors barely spend 3 to 5 minutes with each patient. How important is the patient to them, Some staff members are very kind and professional, while others should be doing something else. The new system may have improved things for you, but not at all for the patient, who now has to overcome many obstacles for even the simplest need: making an appointment or asking a question has become a complicated process. (Jumping through hoops for a simple thing.)
