Just needs to be on time!

I understood that DA changed his start time for whatever reason, and I thought this would make it such that we wouldn't have to wait but I was wrong I was finally seen 20 minutes after my scheduled time. This was a Medicare Wellness visit and I really don't know what that means because the visit was no different than any other and I felt rushed because he knew he was shaving off time to get back on track. I never had a complete physical with this Doctor or a Diabetic foot check all we ever talk about is test results and depression medication. As a Doctor, I like him a lot, but I have concerns about the range of care I am getting or not getting.
