We had never met Hana before and she had no idea who we were or what we had gone through before we saw her. It was not her fault, but because she was replacing our regular Dr., she just took vitals and read through (we think) the discharge information from the hospital. Our regular doctor was unable to follow the whole experience because he was out of the office the WHole time we were going in and out of the hospital and emergency room. Her hands were tied.

I feel Aurora health Care is amazing yes it's hard to keep up with all their patients and their past things but my experience with the doctors I have seen there are very polite willing to listen and they're all on the same page at least trying to get on the same page to find out what is going on in my stomach I am very happy to be a part of your facility and you guys are very nice you keep me updated you call you respond you set up what needs to be set up and I appreciate Aurora health Care everywhere I go and I am grateful to have you as part of my providers and thank you very much and God bless
