Provide an acceptable time frame to see my doctor and not a substitute nurse. Scheduling appointments ten months away is not acceptable.

This was my second time seeing Ms. Upright. I had great care the first time and expected that this time and that is what I experienced again.

She was great and answered all my concerns... wish she wasn't just filling in for my regular doctor cuz I'd probably switch to her... even though my regular doctor is great too

Ms. Upright came to my appointment well prepared with all of the details from a post follow up for my fractured ribs she handled a couple of years ago. She has either an amazing memory of details or did a detailed review of my history. I left my appointment feeling I received exceptional care for my needs.

Hana Upright provides a comfortable, down to earth atmosphere during medical visits. She is a good listener and responds clearly and logically to concerns and questions. I feel well taken care of by her.

We had a tight time frame of when I could get my teenage son into to see the doctor for a clogged ear. The staff was able to get us in when we were available and were able to complete our visit within the time frame we needed. It was much appreciated.
