The only strange thing was having to go into the back/employee entrance due to Covid but not being tested for Covid.

Hana and her team always listen to what we have to say and direct us in the best way possible.

Hana is very down to earth and easy to talk to about my health.

I really like my provider. There was a delay getting diagnosis due to her scheduled day off. In office doctor indicated it was fine to wait until she returned to office to get lab results. In the meantime my condition worsened and time delayed prescription order.

I truly appreciated Friday office hours, and the proximity of the clinic to my home. Wait time was minimal. The staff at the clinic were all courteous and helpful. The practitioner, Hana Upright, was willing to both listen and explain, and took as much time as needed during my visit.
