He explain what he was going to do then explain what he saw and asked how to handle the problem. He ask what are my symptoms and I told him when I sound nasal then what I would call him to let him know what is going on so we can nip it before it gets worse

The Dr. and staff were professional and friendly! They took their time to explain what procedure would be used to help identify a nodule on my thyroid. They also gave me the numbers to contact insurance about that particular procedure. I appreciate their help and acumen!

Receptionists and nurse were not engaging in any way. Apparently I was an hour and a half early and the staff didn't tell me, so I sat for 30 minutes before I asked. Doctor was rushed but very personable, far different from last time. All in all, good experience with doctor but not staff.

I was in and out quickly. Doctor was very professional.
