If the provider wants me to get a blood test before my next visit it would be pleasant if the people at the front desk were capable of setting up the appointment at an Aurora facility near me instead of telling me I need to call myself. Not very helpful or friendly. Disappointed with the front desk customer service.

Great dr and support staff but not impressed with pharmacy at pleasant prairie. Person there is always short and snotty with patients. Four different experiences with her and all the same. Very short and dismissive which is a stark difference from the rest of your team.
