One of my favorite doctor offices I go to. I get direct answers to my questions and not a lot unnecessary nonsense that waste my time.

My experience was great. However, "Aurora", on a regular basis, sends out the bill, and gives you 2 or 3 DAYS to pay it. Absolutely ridiculous. I've been sent to collections by you people once before, and it's not fair. Even my credit card company gives me weeks, not days!
