Dr. Matschke is one in a million. He wants to get the issue resolved and does everything he can to get it done. Always has the answers to questions that come up and explains the protocol.

Using the pharmacy can be frustrating. Supply's were "filling" during my appointment and not available. I had to make two separate trips and I'm a distance away. Needles and syringes should be on hand or at least filled Sooner. It's not the first time either. I've been out of supplies and "filling" required me to make several trips several times before!!

Dr. Matschke is affable and effective in his explanations. Efficient with our time together.

Although he did not have any treatment to offer for my specific condition, I understood my diagnosis in much more detail. I am happy I made the trip to see him.
