Very difficult to get appointments when needed. They recommend walk in urgent care appointments that cost me an additional $80 for a knee injury. That's where patient service fails.

Dr Sehring really pays attention and is careful to recommend steps I need to take. Ashley is thorough in her updating of my "chart" so the Dr knows the latest info.
