My experience was good. My nurse was very professional. My doctor was very good. He told me about my blood work results and ordered me a test I requested. I like how Aurora operates because despite its huge size it is very organized and reliable. From the information desk to the waiting areas the staff dress professionally and make the atmosphere comfortable. I can send my doctor a message and a nurse responds rapidly. Aurora is moving in the right direction and needs to keep it up. I trust them and even the billing estimate staff always get me good information so there's never surprises.
