This was a visit to the ER. I understand possible more serious patients are 1st. Maybe more staff is needed in this ER.

Dr. Rocco and his staff do an excellent job. Aurora's website includes to much information that is not relevant. I don't want to be told on the morning of my visit to fill out a Medicare wellness form when the appointment was made months earlier. I also think that a patient should be able to call a doctors office directly instead of going through a switchboard if Aurora wants to improve the experience
The RN was great, Dr. as usual very thoughtful. Got results back super fast, all was great.
New insurance means new doctor. Dr Rocco was recommended and I am very please with his service
