Competent and friendly doctor and staff

Only issue I had was when I called to talk to someone about insurance, they were not helpful. All I was trying to say was that I met my max out of pocket and she kept saying the pre determination that she has from September says I have not met anything and wouldn't even look it up. I shouldn't have to pay the $70 copay since I met my max out of pocket.

Dr Caronis is a smart, calm and very caring practitioner. I am appreciative to have him as my doctor.

This office is extremely efficient! I am never kept waiting in the waiting room or the exam room. All the office staff display a professional atmosphere. The doctors and PAs knew my past reasons for seeking treatment and we briefs on my new issues. I refer everyone to this office!!

Dr Caronis is an excellent, trustworthy doctor. I value his opinion. He takes his time to thoroughly diagnose the problem and recommends the best treatment. My questions are always answered in a respectful manner.

I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. Dr. Caronis saw me promptly, evaluated and diagnosed my condition, provided treatment options and administered a steroid injection. I have seen Dr. Caronis for several other orthopedic issues, and his care has always been excellent.
