Gregg was very professional and informative, and I feel that my son is in good hands.

In general the appointment went well, however, I felt that we were being forced into a procedural decision for our son without being able to collaborate or fully evaluate the situation (the extent of the tongue tie or its role in how it would affect our son's life outside of feeding). I felt unheard and confused on the situation when I got home.

I appreciate the med assistant checking in to let us know the doctor would be in a few minutes later.
