The MA that roomed me was not feeling well, complained about herself. Did not make any small talk. Kinda impersonal. This is a time to show care for your patient. But she was not rude. Over the office visit was good.
Dr. Smith is such a caring doctor! He takes time to listen and doesn't rush through the appointment. You can truly see his passion in being a doctor! We are very thankful to have him!
