Was very difficult scheduling appointment. Live Well was either offline for several days, or just is a lousy app. Finally called and made same day appointment since there was a cancellation. Dr. Smith did an excellent job as always. If he leaves/retires I will seek alternate healthcare.

Dr. Smith listened to any concerns I had and answered the questions I asked to my satisfaction. I was very pleased!
