The front desk is slow and needs more help. The supervisors where not of assistance. There was a lady at the front they may have been on break but they was a line of six people. Not professional at all. he urgent help area needs to be improved. They are very unprofessional. As I wanted for my provider for my 3:15 appointment. They were a lot of patients waiting for urgent care to open at 4:30 and were told they would be closed and recommended the Orland Park office. I stopped using the urgent care since I went at 6:00 and they were not taking ay more patients. This was 2 years ago.
