They were very friendly from when I first arrived. The entire procedure was flawless. I was sleep before I could count to 97. They are nice and I will be back if I have to.

The provider I saw was not my usual primary care provider; my historical caregiver is out on leave. However, I had been seen by this provider and had always received amazing care and attention. My problem is with AMG. I feel the group should inform patients who are still assigned to my usual caregiver, that they need to be assigned another, including myself. When I need to see a doctor I should have some idea who I'm seeing. Very disappointed with Advocate Medical Group.
