I would have liked to talk more about all my health issues at my yearly exam but your facility doesn't allow that without being charged for each issue separately. I thought that's what a yearly exam was for? It's not the Doctors fault that this happens it's the whole Aurora system. My issues aren't urgent enough to come in on different days but I would like to mention them for preventative reasons. Or to find out what to do if they do become worse. I'm old school and when the Doctors had private practices they were more concerned about your overall health and not the money. My Doctor is great but I was disappointed with they way things are being charged. All my concerns were not addressed because I can't afford it and they weren't bad enough yet to (I guess) to pay to have them checked out.

I feel the staff are all so kind and caring. They show concern. And you never feel like you are in a rush.

Gina is exceptional. I feel so comfortable with her as my Primary Provider.
