I liked my care an provider

Gina is a wonderful person who always explains everything so you understand what's ahead of you and what to look for. The whole staff takes wonderful care of me

i got my questions answered and some advice and what to do. some of the info was something i did not think of

I love how Gina takes time to really listen. She doesn't tell me how I am suppose to feel, she listens when I tell her how I am feeling. She doesn't look down on me as a patient nor does she laugh at me when I don't make sense of something. Unlike other care providers that I have had in the past with Preva care team.Gina makes me feel like I am being listened to. I wish there were more people like Gina in the medical profession.

The staff here really care about their patients.

It was a new office for me and they were able to get me in within 24 hours. I liked the provider and her staff very much. They were very thorough.

Gina takes the time and really listens to what you have to say.

I was very please with Gina. She seemed interested in what I had to say. She asked appropriate questions and listened to my answers. The was an appointment to establish care. She was also helpful with area information. We have only been here for a week and a half. She also contacted me immediately after the results of my labs were done. All in all, very good appointment.
