Excellent communication. Listened to my concerns and worked with me to develop a plan to improve my overall health.
Although somewhat necessary last minute to switch to video visit, I prefer in office visit. It just seemed the overall visit was less personal especially when talking to other members of the team. It was not clear to me the switch to video visit meant I would get multiple phone calls from the other staff. That was OK, but since I never dud a video visit before, it would have been nice to know the full process up front.
