In my opinion, the office practice of requiring patients to come in 15-39 minutes prior to their appointment time is a waste of the patients time especially if their physician is running late. I feel Aurora (not the physicians) put more emphasis on $$'s and less on patient care. Physicians also seem rushed due to the quantity of patients they are required to see.
