I didn't like the fact that the doctors walk in through a sliding door from an office area where people are working. I could see out as well as they could see in. I felt privacy wasn't effective.

The new hospital and experience lacked the personal touch that I would expect in a medical setting. It was very robotic and rushed. I know what I need to have done and what to expect, but if I was a new patient all together, I don't think I would have felt comfortable returning.
