The provider was great. Aurora however could do a much better job when it comes to appointments. Why not include the needed information about where you need to go at the address of the facility? Like: 3003 W Good Hope Rd, PLEASE ADD: LOWER LEVEL, COUNTER B. You ask me to be there 15 minutes early because it takes that long to figure out where to go when you could easily provide this information in the appointment confirmation.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.

Everyone in this facility were welcoming, helpful, accommodating and kind. My appointment was at 8:30AM. Which honestly is too early for me but every employee I came in contact with greeted me with a cheerful "good morning." That speaks volumes. Dr. B was thorough and explained things well. His attention to the patients needs and treatment exemplary.

Dr George F. Bonadurer is a great doctor! He listens carefully and is very knowledgeable. He explains everything as he does his review and again at the end he summarizes it. He puts you at ease and is both personable and professional. We are so glad to have him as our doctor.
