This provider is not only very professional but also quite nice with a warm bedside manner speaking in easy to comprehend words. I wish he was a PCP!!

Your Good Hope Road location is not easily accessible by mass transit - no sidewalks!

Only negative - guest wifi was not accessible, and the lower level doesn't get cellular signal. Small complaint, but it would have been nice to have.
