The people are really,really nice.

Dr. Bonadurer is great. He's warm, friendly, fast. He did a great job on my previous excision. And I was impressed he came into the room and asked to check all the spots I wanted examined from the year before.

From the receptionist to the Nurse to the Doctor -they were very pleasant. They explained everything in detail, asked if I had questions and stated for any future questions I may have to contact them. Very professional which was totally unexpected. Kudos to the Aurora Staff on Good Hope Rd.

The Good Hope Clinic environment was much friendlier and calm compared to the Mequon clinic I visited last month. Mequon staff all seemed very pressed for time and hurried. I hesitate to return there for this reason.

I was early for my appointment. I was called almost immediately. Dr and staff very professional. Did my skin cancer exam and then spoke to me about my pemphigoid and about changing my treatment. He's very reassuring about solving this problem for me.
