The doctor was professional, personable and explained everything thoroughly and took time to answer my questions. I appreciated that he was not rushed and was able to remove the cyst the same day. The other staff members were very pleasant as well. This was my first visit at an Advocate facility and it was a positive experience.

Dr was so attentive. He actually looked at me while he talked to me and explained the procedure. He's the first doctor that looked at me and didn't have an I pad in his hand! I was so impressed with him. His demeanor was gentle and I could tell he is a kind human. I was so impressed with him! Eye contact is so important and he was the first in years to give me eye contact. He gets an A+ from me!!!
