I thought Gary was great. He's took the time to understand my problem and came up with a plan to try to fix it. Not just send me for more testing or suggest a different specialty.

Gary not only answered my questions but he explained things in a scenario type setting were I understood without any apprehension of being misunderstood or vice versa. His ability to communicate to me on my level was outstanding. He made me feel at ease even though conversation was serious. Need more professionals like him.
