Garrett is very pleasant, thorough. His beside manor is professional and kind.

My first visit with Garrett Anderson, and it was not an emergency but involved pain I have been experiencing. He listened, he checked me out, he read my medical records, and came up with a plan to find out cause. I couldn't have been more impressed.

Microsoft outage messed up our virtual appointment but Garrett called me on his mobile so we could connect. Good meeting. Disappointed in how long it took to get my EMG. The Physiatrist told me they are short staffed and need more staff to perform the EMG's. It was almost 2 months from my initial visit with Garrett until my EMG. That's a long time when you have pain and sensation issues. I'm pleased with the plan but feel it took to long to get me moving on a treatment plan. Not what I would have expected from an Advocate Aurora Hospital System and provider.

They were very professional and have great rapport! Really enjoyed both front desk staff members as well!

Garret ensured that he answer all my questions and that I knew to contact him if additional questions came about. In my current health situation, he is at a benchmark level all others should try to achieve.
