The doctor was incredibly well prepared with my history, had reasonable and easily attainable goals for me to attempt. She clearly explained what the future might be, offered written directions as well as a demonstration of techniques of measurement. She took into account my own personality and abilities in her recommendations. Found her very easy to talk to and to understand, as well as comforting and knowledgeable.
