My visit was very satisfying.
Dr. Morris is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. These are things I value in a care provider.
I found myself asking lots of questions so what she was saying was clear in my mind and I am still not sure as to what I all do when I start using the cream
Dr Morris listened to my concerns and gave me good ideas to help clear my condition. She is a very good listener.
Appreciated her knowledge and communication.
This doctor, like other doctors in the Aurora system, do not provide direct access to patients under any circumstance. Not her fault because those are her marching orders. makes me feel like a second-class person.
Perfect for me!
This comment reflects my experience across several providers in the Aurora Dermatology practice across multiple years and visits. The clinical notes are "boilerplate" and it is likely that several of the comments do NOT reflect my experience. The provider may not have shared information the note indicates they have. I think that this practice is questionable at best and deceptive. I'm thinking the "boilerplate" is cover your "backside" language. That would be fine and helpful if all the items were addressed. I expressed my concern previously when working with a different provider. In that instance the MA was "blamed" for not reviewing my medication list even though that is specified in the notes. My belief is that it may not be part of the standard practice procedure even if included in the notes because I had the same experience this visit. I doubt it's an issue with the MA because it had happened multiple times across multiple MAs. There are "lots" of items I could reference. I'd suggest adjusting the "boilerplate" document or modifying practice to align completely with the documentation.
Dr Morris is a very kind and caring doctor. I always appreciate her calm & reassuring approach to things I'm concerned about.
Dr Morris was very pleasant Will keep her as my dermatologist
